Boca Lazy Lasagna

Makes: 8 servings @ 8 PointsPlus each (Decrease PP value by using Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Fat Free Mozzarella cheese, and Dreamfield's Pasta)

1 24 oz.container Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product
2 cups Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups frozen BOCA Ground Crumbles (or broken up Boca Burgers)
2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked

Mix cottage cheese, egg product and 1 cup mozzarella. Combine sauce and crumbles; spread half onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with layers of pasta and half the cottage cheese mixture; top with remaining sauce and cottage cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella; cover. Bake 1 hour or until heated through, uncovering after 30 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

1 frozen BOCA All American Flame Grilled Burger
1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced onions
1/4 cup green pepper strips
1 tsp. oil
1 sandwich roll, split, toasted
1 Provolone Cheese Slice

Cook burger as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook and stir vegetables in hot oil in nonstick skillet on medium 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Fill roll with burger, vegetables and cheese.
