Salisbury Boca Steak Over Noodles
(see photo insert)

*Note: Boca Burgers are non-meat vegetarian burgers that taste like grilled real burgers. They are found in the frozen food section or vegetarian section.

1 Boca burger
1/4 cup Heinz Fat Free Gravy (I use Savory Beef flavor)
Lots of fresh mushrooms
1/4 small onion chopped
2 ounces (dry weight) of no-yolk noodles

Put a pot of water on to boil. (Cook the noodles when water boils)

Meantime.....Saute onions and mushrooms in a small frying pan with some PAM. When cooked, add the gravy and cook until heated through. Microwave the Boca burger for 1 minute 30 seconds on High, then put it into the pan with the gravy & put a lid on it, turn off the heat. Drain the noodles and place onto a plate, top with the Boca burger, veggie and gravy mixture.
