Hawaiian Delight Cake

1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. orange Jello
1/2 c. coconut
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

ICING:

4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together thoroughly by hand or with mixer. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool to warm and invert on a plate. Ice the cooled cake.

Hawaiian Wedding Cake

2 cups sifted flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup nuts, crushed (black walnuts are a good choice, or English walnuts)
1 cup flaked coconut
1 jar of maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well, but do not beat. Turn batter into a greased and floured 13-by-9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until tested done. Spread topping on warm cake.

Topping (blend all ingredients well)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
