Homemade Pizza Sharon Style
(see photo insert)

Rhodes frozen bread dough
Your favorite sauce
Zucchini, sliced
Onion, sliced
Mushrooms, sliced (or use canned)
Green Pepper, sliced or chopped
Shredded Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Hot Pepper Seeds

Thaw dough. Roll out to your thickness choice and place on a cookie sheet. Let rise some. Pre-bake just enough so it's a little firm (not too much!) Add the sauce and the toppings, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a Hot oven (400 F) until browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan and hot pepper seeds.

Bagel Thins Pineapple Pizza Crunch
(see photo insert)

1 Bagel or Bagel Thin (I like Everything Bagel Thins but any flavor except sweet is good)
2 tablespoon marinara or pizza sauce
2 slices canned or fresh pineapple
2 tablespoon diced red onions
1/4 cup (4 T. ) Low fat or Fat Free shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cover a baking pan with foil. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lay the 2 bagel halves cut side up on the foil and evenly spread 1 T. of sauce on each one. Sprinkle 2 T. cheese on each half. Then sprinkle 1 T. onion on the cheese. Top each with a pineapple slice. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bottom is crispy.

~ Val "You could put a thin slice of deli ham on this if you like but put it on after the sauce and before the cheese. Bacon is good too!"
