Cheesy Chicken Quesadilla

Boneless skinless breast chicken
Large tortilla shells
Shredded cheddar
Taco seasoning
1 can black beans

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Saute in pan with some olive oil. Once cooked through, add taco seasoning and a little water. Let simmer on low. Heat black beans in a pan and if you like it spicy, add some crushed red pepper.

In a large skillet coated with oil, lightly brown one tortilla shell. Once it is almost brown, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, place lid over until melted. Remove shell and set aside. Place second tortilla shell in skillet and top with cheese, chicken, drained black beans (or use slotted spoon) and top with a little more cheese. Put the first shell on top. Let cheese melt and bottom shell brown. Use a large plate and place it on the skillet and carefully flip the pan over to remove the quesadilla. Eat and enjoy with salsa and/or sour cream.

Frizzle Burger

Fry up some Isaly's Chipped Ham in a pan with a little butter, when it's nice and brown lay a slice of American cheese over the top, remove from heat, and put a lid on it for a few minutes. Serve on a fresh Italian roll or some good Italian bread with a side of Heinz sweet gherkins. Ya can't git any more Pittsburgh than 'at!
