Philly Tomato-Basil Dip

8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese or Cream Cheese, softened
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
optional: 5-6 large boiled shrimp chopped to put on top

SPREAD Neufchatel cheese onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. MIX tomatoes and dressing; spoon over Neufchatel. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and basil. If using shrimp put on top. SERVE with WHEAT THINS or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

Low Cal Hummus

1 can drained Chick Peas
2 tsp. Olive oil
1/8 tsp finely minced garlic
1/8 cup Lemon Juice
Salt to taste

Combine in food processor, puree until smooth. Serve with toasted pita bread, baked Tostidos, or whole grain crackers. Or wrap it in a soft tortilla with lettuce, tomato & onion.
