Pita Chips Like the North Park Lounge Serves

Pita chips plain
1-2 tomatoes
green onion diced
artichoke hearts 1 jar, drained
1 PKG cream cheese
1 can jumbo lump crab meat (white) rinsed and drained really well- squeeze water all out
1 can sliced black olives
shredded cheddar

Mix cream cheese and crab meat together. Spread pita chips on large cookie sheet. Spoon the cream cheese mixture as evenly as you can over the chips,(use your fingers as it is thick and hard to do evenly.) Dice the artichokes up and scatter atop, along with the cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 F. until cheese melts. Top with the diced tomatoes, green onions and olives.

If you are serving more than 4 people I suggest doubling up! Also, if you are ambitious, make your own pita chips: remember to open them and separate the pita. Bake them until crisp and then follow the recipe. You get better pieces of chips this way rather than the bagged version.
