Zucchini Pizza Casserole

4 eggs
1/4 c. Romano cheese
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Bisquick
3 c. diced zucchini
4 eggs
1/4 c. romano cheese
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Bisquick
3 c. diced zucchini
1 c. shredded pepperoni
1/4 c. diced onion
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic(optional)
1 tbsp. parsley
shake of black pepper

Grate another cup or so of cheese of your choice for the top and set aside.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased pizza pan or 13 in. by 9 in. pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. til light brown. When done you can put the extra cup of cheese on top and put back in the oven for 5 min.
