Willavene's Chicken

Assorted Chicken pieces
1 to 2 cups Bisquick depending on how much chicken you have.
1/4 cup oil for frying

In a big pot of salted water cook the chicken until done, about 45 minutes. Put the Bisquick in a medium sized bowl. With a slotted spoon, gently remove each piece of chicken and place into the bowl of Bisquick, turning it to coat. I use my hands to pat the Bisquick onto the chicken. Leave the other pcs. of chicken in the pot of water so they stay wet until ready to coat them. When all the chicken is coated well, brown it on all sides in the hot oil. Some of the best fried chicken you'll ever eat! Note: I add some Paprika to the Bisquick before coating the chicken.
