Pineapple Smoothie

8 ounces Vanilla Soy Milk or Vanilla Almond Milk
(or any lowfat milk with a dash of vanilla extract and extra sweetener)
12 frozen chunks of unsweetened pineapple
1 pkt Splenda (use more if not using presweetened milk)

Put milk and Splenda in blender, turn to High speed and add the pineapple chunks one at a time, after last one is added blend an additional 1 minute. Note: you can also make this with the pineapple right from the can (unfrozen and drained) and adding 3 ice cubes.
