Fried Apples
Serve these fried apples with breakfast or as a side dish to pork or ham.

4 medium Granny Smith apples, chopped
2 T. butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Add apples, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sauté 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are tender. Serves Four.
