A Different 3 Bean Salad
This keeps well in refrigerator for at least a week.

1 can dark kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 can canellini beans (white kidney beans), drained & rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 medium onion sliced thin
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
8 packets of Splenda
1/4 cup Canola oil
Salt & Pepper

Mix all together, cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir occasionally.
