Pasta Pizzid (peas)

2 T. butter
1/2 onion
8 ounces bow tie pasta
2 cups frozen peas
4 basil leaves, chopped (or 1/2 T. dried)
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Saute the onion in the butter while you are cooking the bow ties according to box directions. When pasta is almost done add the peas in with the onion and add 1 cup of the boiling pasta water to the pan. Continue to simmer the onions and peas. Drain pasta, put back into the pot. Add the peas and onions, the chopped basil and salt and pepper. Top with Parmesan.
