Fried Dough

Bread dough
Light oil for frying
Cinnamon Sugar for topping

Cut dough into pieces and stretch out into a flat disk. (Nana would make a hole in the middle so it would fry up more evenly.) Place into hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar.
