Apple-Cranberry Crisp
Makes 4 servings

1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
4 tbls. packed light brown sugar Makes 4 servings 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
4 tbls. packed light brown sugar
1 tbls. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. reduced calorie margarine (cold)
6 Empire apples (or others) thinly sliced
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 tbls. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F
Prepare 8" square bakeware with cooking spray

in small bowl: combine oats 2 tbls. brown sugar and flour, cut in margarine until crumbly.

in large bowl, combine apples, cranberry 2 tbls. brown sugar lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Spoon apple mixture into pan, sprinkle with oats mixture. Bake till bubbly and brown. (35-40 min)
