Fancy Smantzy Spaghetti

1 Zucchini, sliced
1 Onion, quartered (keep together - don't break up)
6 Fresh Mushrooms, sliced in half
1/2 Red Pepper, cut in large chunks
1 to 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, chopped
Parsley, Oregano & Basil
Parmesan Cheese or Feta Cheese
Marinara Sauce
Macaroni

Saute the zucchini, onion & mushrooms in a little olive oil. After a few minutes add the garlic, parsley, oregano and basil. Then scoot all that to the side of the skillet and pour the Marinara sauce on the other side mixing with any seasonings left there. Keep the veggies separate, don't sauce them. Cook macaroni and sauce it first, then place the veggies on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan or Feta cheese.
