Avocado-Tomato Salad

1-2 Avocados -- scoop out and cut into chunks
2-3 tomatoes cut into chunks
thin slice of red onion -- chopped
Olive oil
1-2 ounces of Feta or Blue cheese

Put Avocados, tomatoes and onion into a bowl. Add a swirl of olive oil, toss to blend, add salt and toss again. (It will get a little creamy from the avocado.) Crumble the cheese over the top and serve.
