ChiChi's Chili-Mac

1 1/2 pounds ground meat
1 large chopped onion (I like mine chunky)
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 stalk celery (about 1/4 cup)
2 cans tomatoes
1 can tomato soup & 3/4 can water
2 cans kidney beans
1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 pound cooked elbow macaroni

Saute the meat, onions, peppers, and celery until cooked. Add the tomatoes. Cook about half an hour. Add the kidney beans last & add the can of tomato soup with 3/4 can of water. Stir all together for 5 min. Serve over the macaroni or mix it all together.
