Baked Apples

Brown sugar
chopped Nuts

Pare apples half way, all around. Remove the center core and seeds with an apple corer (usually the tip of a potato peeler works fine to do this or a knife.) Be sure you don't cut through to the end. Then stuff the raisins, nuts, brown sugar and butter in the cavity. Microwave until soft (few minutes) Eat with a dollop of Cool Whip.
