Sausage Cups

1 pound bulk sausage hot or regular (Jimmy Dean)
1 Cup Original Ranch Dressing
2 Cups Fancy Colby-Jack or Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Small can chopped Black Olives (optional)
4 packages Frozen PHYLLO Dough cups (found in freezer section near the pies)

Brown sausage, drain. Let it cool for about 15 minutes. Put sausage in food processor or chopper. Chop until fine. Mix in: Ranch dressing, shredded cheese, chopped black olives. Put your phyllo pastry cups directly onto a cookie sheet. Spoon sausage mixture into phyllo cups. Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes until sausage mixture begins to brown.
