Philly Tomato-Basil Dip

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese or Cream Cheese, softened
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
optional: 5-6 large boiled shrimp chopped to put on top

SPREAD Neufchatel cheese onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. MIX tomatoes and dressing; spoon over Neufchatel. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and basil. If using shrimp put on top. SERVE with WHEAT THINS or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
