Pan Seared Sea Scallops

Remove little muscle on the side, it just peels right off. Wash and dry sea scallops in paper towel. Spray fry pan with PAM. Heat frying pan on medium high. Make sure pan is hot. I spray the tops of my scallops with some Olive Oil PAM and then sprinkle with seafood seasoning. It is found in the spice section of the grocery store. I love N'awlins French Market Seafood Seasoning. There is no MSG or salt in it. Place the seasoned side down in pan. I then do the same with the opposite side: spray with PAM and sprinkle with seasoning. I cook mine for 3 minutes on one side and turn over 3 minutes on the other side. They cook fast!
