Christmas Bark

1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 cup butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place crackers in one layer on baking sheet (with sides) lined with parchment paper. Melt butter and brown sugar in medium saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Pour butter and sugar mixture over crackers. Spread evenly. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate morsels. When they start to melt, spread evenly over entire layer of crackers. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and break into pieces.
