Ham-Cheese-Egg Casserole
Serves 12

2 c. finely chopped ham
9 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups Whole milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
9 slices white bread, cubed (crust removed)
8 oz grated cheddar cheese

Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Stir in bread cubes, ham and cheese. Pour into a greased 9 x13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

I remember making this after we would get home from the Mercer celebration. I would turn the TV on and watch "A Christmas Story" while I made this. This is nice because you make it the night before and just stick it in the oven the next morning!"
