Cuke Salad

2-4 cukes
1 sweet Onion (not yellow)
lemon juice
8oz Sour Cream
Salt and pepper

(if you are making for a large group use the 4 cukes and 2 onions and 16 oz sour cream)

Peel and slice cukes thin, layer in a bowl. Salt each layer as you go. Place a plate or smaller bowl over the top to weigh it down in order to press excess juice from cukes. After approximately 1 hour, remove the weight and drain excess juice from the bowl. Slice onions thin and add to bowl. Add lemon juice. I don't measure, I just give it a long squirt or 1/2 lemon juiced. Add Sour Cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
