Cola Chicken

4 skinless, boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Ketchup
1 12 oz. can of Cola (diet or regular)

In a deep frying pan mix ketchup and cola until smooth, add chicken. Cover for 45 minutes on med-low heat (just barely bubbling.) Take cover off, remove chicken and keep warm. Turn heat up to med-high and cook gravy until thick. This will take about 15 minutes. Add chicken back to pan for a few minutes to heat, spoon thickened gravy over breasts. Sauce should be thick like BBQ sauce.

If you have leftover sauce you can freeze it to use on other meats like pork chops & ribs.
