Broccoli Slaw

1 pkg broccoli slaw
3 ribs celery, chopped
4 or 5 green onions, chopped
1/2 c sunflower oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 c. White vinegar
1/2 c. sugar or Splenda
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1 can rice noodles

Mix the broccoli, celery and green onions in a large bowl. For the dressing, combine the sunflower oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a covered jar and shake to mix well. Add to the salad and toss lightly. Chill until serving time. Add the almonds, sunflower seeds and rice noodles just before serving; toss gently.
